Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident enrolling in The Ecom Wolf Den. This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from Convert & Scale LLC for 12 months of Wolf Den access.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 calendar days after your original purchase date. You do not need to complete training modules, attend coaching calls, submit assignments, or satisfy any other participation requirement to qualify.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] before the 60-day period expires. Include:

The purchaser’s full name;

The email address used at checkout; and

A clear statement that you are requesting a refund for The Ecom Wolf Den.

The request is considered timely when it is sent to [email protected] within 60 calendar days after the purchase date.

What Happens After a Refund

An approved refund will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Your access to the Wolf Den, training, coaching calls, community, bonuses, and related materials will end when the refund is processed. Processing and posting times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

Financing and Buy-Now-Pay-Later Purchases

If you used a third-party financing or buy-now-pay-later provider, the refund will also be subject to that provider’s processing procedures. We will submit the approved refund through the applicable checkout or payment platform, but the provider controls how and when the credit is applied to your financing account.

After 60 Days

Refund requests sent more than 60 calendar days after the original purchase date are not eligible for a refund, except where required by law. The purchase provides a full 12-month access period and does not automatically renew.

Technical or Access Problems

If you experience an access or technical problem, contact [email protected] promptly so we can assist. Reporting a technical issue does not extend the 60-day refund period unless we agree in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
