Engage with leads through dynamic live sales calls via phone and Zoom
Masterfully manage your pipeline daily, ensuring no opportunity is missed
Generating conversations with NEW potential clients
Recouping and re-setting leads who didn’t initially close
You will be expected to set appointments that close at a 20% closing ratio or more (meaning the closer is closing 1 out of 5 of your set appointments, minimum)
You will also be expected to follow up prior to the appointment to assure that the appointment shows up
Complete end-of-day KPI reports to showcase your achievements and identify areas for growth
Actively participate in regular company, department, and manager meetings and trainings to stay ahead and create a culture of teamwork
Consistently meet and exceed monthly objectives and KPIs
You will have the freedom to make your own schedule. You will be expected to open enough calendar space to hit approximately 80 set calls.
-You will also be expected to be available to communicate through slack 8am-6pm PST daily
-Altogether this is a full time, 30-40 hours/weekly position
This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere
You may request off anytime with advanced notice
Commission: 5% per closed set / Price point is $5800
Commission Payout: After client enrollment and collections exceed 33%
