About The Role

Join our team as a DM setter. This is a professional opportunity for a high-energy, motivated, and social setter who sets appointments or leads for sales representatives by engaging prospects, qualifying their interest, and scheduling follow-up conversations. It is an opportunity to help streamline the sales process by ensuring that sales teams focus their efforts on high-potential leads, improving overall efficiency and success rates.

RESPONSiBILITIES

Engage with leads through dynamic DM messages
Masterfully manage your pipeline daily, ensuring no opportunity is missed
You will be expected to set appointments that close at a 25% closing ratio or more (meaning the closer is closing 1 out of 4 of your set appointments, minimum)
You will also be expected to follow up prior to the appointment to assure that the appointment shows up, and follow up in case the appointment is a no-show.
Complete end-of-day KPI reports to showcase your achievements and identify areas for growth
Actively participate in regular company, department, and manager meetings and trainings to stay ahead and create a culture of teamwork
Consistently meet and exceed monthly objectives and KPIs

TIME

You will have to open enough time during your day to reply by DM to every single lead that needs an answer from us in no more than 10 minutes.
You will be expected to set approximately 100 calls a month.
-You will also be expected to complete your morning & end of day tasks every day, Monday-Friday
-You will also be expected to be available to communicate through slack daily during your 8-hour shift assigned.
-Altogether this is a full time, 30-40 hours/weekly position
This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere
You may request off anytime with advanced notice

COMPENSATION

Commission: 5% per closed set / Price point is $5800
Commission Payout: After client enrollment and collections exceed 33%
$68,000/year expected earnings.
